To manage your bookings, you’ll first need to sign up as a member on our website. Once registered, simply log in using the Login Bar at the top of the page. 💡 Tip: If you don’t see the Login Bar, it’s located in the top menu of our site. What can I do in the “My Bookings” area? Once logged in, you’ll have full access to your personal My Bookings page. Here, you can: • Re-book a session without re-entering your details • Cancel an upcoming booking • Reschedule a booking (if the service allows it) • View details of past and upcoming sessions, including time, location, and payment • Check your plan details and see how many sessions remain (if booked under a membership plan) Each member can only see their own information — your details are always private and secure.

Site members can reset their passwords at any time by clicking the “Forgot password?” link at the bottom of the Members Area login screen.

Clients can view both upcoming and past bookings on their personal My Bookings page. For upcoming sessions, you’ll see Reschedule and Cancel options, allowing you to make changes easily. Important Notes: • Sessions paid for with different pricing options cannot be rescheduled.

You can book me, a duo, a trio, or the full band by selecting your preferred option and submitting a request with your desired date.

Use the Reserve Date request form on the site to submit your date. Your date will be reserved once we confirm availability.

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability.

Once we receive your request, we will get in touch to confirm the date and details of your performance. Your booking is only confirmed after our confirmation.

Yes! You can submit separate requests for each date, and we’ll confirm availability for each one individually.
